Online auditions are ON and open till 31st Oct, you can share your videos on our website through Register button & if you face any problem, please feel free to call us on our numbers mentioned below.
Grand Finale
Shortlisted dancers for Grand finale have to Register with in a weeks time(7 days) after they are given confirmation from our end. Those who will not secure their position for Grand Finale within the defined timelines; there selection will be reframed and it will be disqualified. Maximum time limit in all dance categories is 5 minutes.

Music
Participant are now required to upload their music online after completing their registration. Music must be uploaded in the online registration portal at least two weeks prior to your scheduled event. Please contact our office if you have any issues while uploading. We still ask that you bring a backup option (USB Flash Drive, iPod, or iPad) to the competition in case there is an issue with the uploaded music. CDs will NOT be accepted as backup music. In case of the following reasons, participants entry will be disqualified.
- If it hurts the sentiments of any religion or country
- If the duration of your music exceeds from the stipulated time then it will be abruptly stopped and will not be allowed or may call for
Judging / Deductions
Each entry will be judged by a qualified panel of judges. Judges’ decisions will be final. Contacting or speaking to judges is strictly prohibited at all times in order to give a fair chance to all participants. Routines will be scored out of a possible 50 points (10 points for each parameter). Judges will consider Technique, Innovation, Stage Presence, Choreography, and Expression while scoring.
- Performance should not be indecent for audience.
- Any performance that a judge feels is not appropriate is subject to a deduction of marks or even disqualification.
- Props must be moved on and off dance floor in a timely manner.
- If a judge feels that the removal of a prop takes too long, points may be deducted.
- No dangerous props allowed Points may be deducted if a routine contains more dancers than were registered.

Injury & Responsibility
Any participant if got injured during the Grand Finale Performance has to take his/her responsibility as we are not taking any responsibility of any such situation and if he/ she decide to dance even after any injury, it will be the sole discretion of the participant and his family. In such a situation, you will not get any refund.
Disqualification & Refund Policy
If we disqualify any participant due to any above-mentioned reasons, there will be no refund to the participant.
Timing & Attendance
Each participant would be expected to present at the allocated time slot only. We will not allow any early or late admission to the hall & in case of non-availability at the scheduled time, participant would be considered disqualified.
Specially Abled Participants
Especially abled participants will be allowed on special prior approval from the management.
Costumes & Dance Equipment
Every Participant(s) shall bring their respective costumes and dance equipments for the Grand Finale not allow any early or late admission to the hall & in case of non-availability at the scheduled time, participant would be considered disqualified.
Authenticity of Information
Participation by anyone shall be rejected, if it is found that the participant(s) have provided wrong information to the Organizers.
Expenses
For the purpose of participation, all expenses if any, including traveling cost and expense incurred, shall be borne by the participant(s).
Event Continuity
The contest may be discontinued or terminated by organizers at any point of time without assigning any reason thereof.
Force Majeure
In case of any lockdown or any unforeseen incident/ natural disaster; organiser will terminate the event without assigning any reason to participants and will not be liable to pay back/ refund any participation Fee
Event Changes
Talent India reserves the right to modify the event schedule, including guest appearances, performances, and timings without prior notice.
Age Restrictions
Some events may have age restrictions. It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure they meet the requirements.
Code of Conduct
Disrespectful behavior, misconduct, or damage to the venue or event property will result in removal from the event.
Liability
Talent India is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during the event.
Photo and Video Rights
Health and Safety
All attendees must comply with safety protocols and venue regulations to ensure the well-being of everyone.

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased unless the event is officially canceled by Talent India.

Event Postponement
In case of event rescheduling, tickets will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued for postponed events.
Audition Registration Fees
Audition fees are non-refundable once the registration is completed, regardless of whether the participant is selected for further rounds.
Stall Bookings
Stall registration fees are non-refundable after confirmation of booking. In the event of a cancellation initiated by the stall owner, no refunds will be issued.
Designer Showcase Fees
The registration fee for the Designer Showcase is non-refundable once the designer’s participation is confirmed. In case the event is postponed, designers will have the option to participate on the new date or request a partial refund (subject to administrative fees).
Special Circumstances
Any requests for refunds due to extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with the final decision made by Talent India.
Winning Amount Disbursement
Credit Timeline
The winning amount will be credited to the respective winners within 30–45 Business days from the date of the official announcement of the winners.
TDS Deduction
A 10% Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will be applied to the winning amount as per applicable laws.
Document Submission
Winners are required to submit the following documents to claim their prizes:
- PAN Card
- Aadhaar Card
These documents must be sent via email within 7 days of receiving the notification.
Verification Process
The disbursement is subject to the completion of all required verification processes, including identity verification, submission of the necessary documents, and compliance with eligibility criteria.
Communication
Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during registration. It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure accurate and up-to-date details.
Mode of Payment
- The winning amount, after TDS deduction, will be transferred via bank transfer or any other payment method as specified by the organizers.
- Winners must provide valid banking details or payment information to facilitate the transfer.
Non-Compliance
Failure to submit the required documents or comply with the terms within the stipulated time may result in forfeiture of the winning amount.
Note: The organizers reserve the right to modify the timeline, deduction policies, or payment process in case of unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed of any such changes.
Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation by Talent India
In the unlikely event of a cancellation, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders via the original payment method within 15–20 Business days.
Force Majeure
Talent India is not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Participant Cancellations
If a participant is unable to attend an event, tickets are non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases, ticket transfer may be allowed upon prior approval and submission of valid supporting documents.
Auditions
- Audition fees are non-refundable even if the participant decides to cancel their audition or is unable to attend.
- Talent India reserves the right to reschedule or cancel auditions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternate dates will be provided, but no refunds will be issued.
Stall Cancellations
- Stall owners may cancel their registration, but the booking fee is non-refundable once confirmed.
- In case of event postponement, the stall booking will be transferred to the new date. Refunds will not be provided for stall cancellations.
Designer Showcase
- Once participation in the Designer Showcase is confirmed, cancellations by the designer will not be eligible for a refund.
- In the event of the event’s cancellation or postponement, Talent India will offer the option to either participate in the rescheduled showcase or request a partial refund after deducting administrative fees.
